古代航海史
古代航海史是指地理大发现之前的海事史。 [1] 史前时代已有独木舟。古代人已懂得乘船旅行并且在沿海捕鱼。 [2] 南岛民族坐船来到印度洋和太平洋的岛屿，并且在当地定居 [3][4][5]。两千年前，不同文明之间已经开展海上贸易[6]。后来海上丝绸之路出现。
