阿方索·里贝罗（英语：Alfonso Lincoln Ribeiro Sr.，1971年9月21日—），千里达及托巴哥裔美国男演员、喜剧演员、舞者、歌手、导演、游戏节目主持人、电视名人。他曾经在情景喜剧《银匙羹》（Silver Spoons）中饰演阿方索·斯皮尔斯（Alfonso Spears）[7]以及在《新鲜王子妙事多》（The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air）中饰演卡尔顿·班克斯（Carlton Banks）[8]。他是《欢笑一箩筐》（America's Funniest Home Videos）的现任主持人（第四代），接替担任了15年的第三代主持汤姆·伯杰龙（Tom Bergeron）[9]。
