《1689年欠租扣押财物法令》[3]（英语：Distress for Rent Act 1689；2 Will & Mary c 5) 是英格兰国会的一项法令。
整部法令日后将由《2007年审裁处、法院及强制执行法令》第86 （页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）条及第146 （页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）条、附表14第1段 （页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆），以及附表23第4部 Archive.is的存档，存档日期2012-12-23废除。这是为了废除因欠租而作出的财物扣押（distress for rent）。
