@Epiphyllumlover：Please be noted that so far machine translation between Chinese and any other language is not good enough for Wikipedia articles. It is much different from machine translation between English and German, which are 2 relatively close Germanic languages. Machine translation is strongly not recommended in Chinese Wikipedia. 是的，恐怕將文章翻譯成中文需要人工翻譯。但是我可以使用機器翻譯器，然後自己提高英語水平。這樣，我可以翻譯成英文。如果機器翻譯使我感到困惑，那麼我總是可以尋找有關該主題的其他英文來源。文章翻譯不必像商業合同翻譯那樣準確。但是我自己不能寫中文文章。這就是為什麼我要找人來擴大縣的文章。--Epiphyllumlover（留言） 2020年6月8日 (一) 22:50 (UTC)

Yes that human improvement works for machine translation. Just in case you don't have zh-3, it would be difficult for you to find out the mistaken points in the machine translation result.
