三磷化鈣 是一種無機化合物 ,化學式為CaP3 。它可由鈣 和紅磷 按化學計量比在650 °C反應製得。[ 1] 單層CaP3 有着高電子遷移率 (1.99×104 cm2 ·V−1 ·s−1 ),其層數增加時,二維CaP3 的帶隙降低(1.15 ~ 0.37 eV)。[ 2]
