打穀
打穀又稱脫粒、脫谷[1][2]，是指禾本科植物的可食用部分（種子）與秸稈分離的過程[3]。
打穀歷史

在工業革命前，脫粒既費時又費力。 [4]18世紀後期脫粒機出現後，打穀效率迅速提高[5][6]。
