結古寺

我不明白你為什麼刪除我這一次寫的小文,是我自己的話 。照圖片也是我自己照的 ([File:YushuGon.jpg). I uploaded this image to Wikicommons much earlier. I have published it in a book already. I admit that I had done a mistake before when I copied the part related to the history of the monastery - which I didn't do this time. As for the small text I have just written

"結古寺是玉樹藏族自治州玉樹縣的一座薩迦派寺廟.藏文叫"結古多頓珠楞",意為"結古義成洲".

寺廟坐落位玉樹縣結古鎮東北面的一座小山上. 目前寺廟有4痤經堂，300-400僧人."

you refer again to baike.baidu (http://baike.baidu.com/view/243439.htm). This is not correct, however, as I have written myself, but general information often looks very similar. If you write something is located somewhere, you find it written in similar ways anywhere. However, if you carefully compare what I have written now to the spelling in baike, you'll realize that the last character of the monastery's name is wrongly spelled there (baike.baidu: 鑼 luo), as to compare with the correct reading 楞 leng of my rendering the name [楞 is the usual Chinese rendering of the Tibetan ling = 洲 "continent, monastery"]. The same is for the number of buildings and monks - the text in baike.baidu is just a copy of the text of 蒲文成 《甘青藏傳佛教寺院》, 1990, pp. 302f and thus refering to the situation in the early 1980s. What I have written, however, is again different from that text as I have been several time to that monastery since Pu's book was published, and I have given the numbers that I was told there lately.

By the way: the text in baike.baidu was fully copied (100 % identical) from Mr. Pu's book that, as it seems, was unfortunately published without being copyrighted - something that often happened in China some decades ago. Sorry that I write this in English, but it would take me too much effort to explain this in Chinese.
