卡納單抗（INN：Canakinumab）用於治療周期性發熱綜合症、痛風和史迪爾氏病（英語：Still's disease）^[4]。週期性發熱症候群包括冷吡啉相關周期性症候群（英語：Cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome）（Cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome，CAPS）、Familial Mediterranean fever（英語：Familial Mediterranean fever）（Familial Mediterranean fever，FMF）、腫瘤壞死因子受體相關周期性症候群（英語：Tumour necrosis factor receptor associated periodic syndrome）（Tumour necrosis factor receptor associated periodic syndrome，TRAPS）和甲羥戊酸激酶缺乏症（英語：Mevalonate kinase deficiency）（Mevalonate kinase deficiency，HIDS/MKD）^[4]。透過皮下注射給藥^[4]。

常見的副作用包括鼻咽感染、腹痛、噁心和注射部位反應^[4] ^[5]。其他副作用包括可能感染^[5]。使用此藥物期間不應接種活疫苗（英語：Live vaccines）^[5]。它是一種單株抗體，可結合併阻斷介白素1β（英語：Interleukin 1 beta） ^[4]。

卡納單抗於 2009 年在美國和歐洲取得醫療使用許可^[6] ^[4]。
