古塞奇尤單抗（英語：Guselkumab），商品名特諾雅（英語：Tremfya），用於治療斑塊狀銀屑病、乾癬性關節炎和潰瘍性結腸炎[7] [8][9][10][11]。它是一個皮下注射的單株抗體，可結合併阻斷介白素-23[7]。
常見的副作用包括上呼吸道感染[7]。其他副作用包括可能感染、頭痛、關節痛、肝臟問題以及疫苗效益下降[12]。孕期的安全性仍不明確[12]。
古塞奇尤單抗於 2017 年在美國和歐洲取得醫療使用許可[12] [7]。
