弗朗西斯·澤維爾·納干諾（法語：Francis Zavier Ngannou，1986年9月5日—），[1]喀麥隆－法國綜合格鬥運動員，前UFC重量級冠軍[8]，保持着世界最重拳擊記錄[8]。
生平
[編輯]他出生於喀麥隆小鎮巴蒂埃（Batié）[9]，小時候家境貧困，沒受過教育[10]，他的父母在他六歲時離婚。他曾在故鄉的採砂場工作[11][12]。
22歲時，納干諾開始學習拳擊，但一年後因病停止學拳[13]。26歲時，他決定前往巴黎學習職業拳擊，但一度因偷渡在西班牙遭兩個月監禁[14]。抵達巴黎後，他舉目無親且身無分文，流浪街頭的納干諾被一個朋友介紹給綜合格鬥教練費爾南多·洛佩茲[15]，洛佩茲免費教他綜合格鬥並讓他在訓練館內過夜[16]。在2013年11月，他正式成為職業綜合格鬥家[17]。
納干諾經常說自己想成為職業拳擊手。據米高·泰森，納干諾預計在UFC合同結束後轉戰拳擊賽場[18]。納干諾自己也常抱怨被UFC的合同束縛，白大拿說UFC和納干諾談了兩年合同，最終給出的價格在UFC重量級中史無前例，但2023年1月14日納干諾仍因與UFC合同未達成一致，成為自由人[19]。
2023年5月16日，他加入職業格鬥聯盟（PFL）[20][21]，不但成為選手，也得到聯盟股份，並將成為該聯盟非洲分部主席[22]，這在MMA界是極其罕見的。丹尼爾·科米爾稱他是MMA選手的榜樣，為行業設立了新規[23]。
