血影蛋白重複（英語：Spectrin repeat）是一種與細胞骨架有關的蛋白質三級結構，最早發現於血影蛋白（Spectrin）中，因而得名，也存在於輔肌動蛋白、抗肌萎縮蛋白、血小板溶素、核膜血影重複蛋白中[2]。
