《核酸的分子结构：去氧核糖核酸之构造》（英语：Molecular structure of Nucleic Acids: A Structure for Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid）是沃森与克里克共同发表的一篇论文，该论文被刊登于1953年4月25日出版的第171期《自然》杂志，并首次描述了发现DNA的双螺旋结构的过程。此发现对生物学，尤其对遗传学产生重大影响。

冲击

这篇论文经常被冠以“珍珠”的术语，因为它是如此的精简（只有2页），却又开启了生物有机体的基本奥秘的解答。这个奥秘包括了如何解开有机体内的基因指令，以及基因到底是如何传递给下一代解答。
