阿伏利尤单抗（英语：Anifrolumab）商品名为莎芙诺（英语：Saphnelo），用于治疗全身性红斑狼疮[7]。适用于常规治疗无法控制的中度至重度病症[7]。透过静脉注射给药[7]。

最常见的副作用是上呼吸道感染和支气管炎[8]。其他副作用包括可能带状疱疹[8]。妊娠期的安全性不明[7]。它是一种单克隆抗体，与第一型干扰素受体（英语：Interferon-alpha/beta receptor）结合，并阻断第一型干扰素（英语：Interferon type I）的作用[8]。

阿伏利尤单抗分别于2021年与2022年获得美国与欧洲的医疗使用许可[7] [8]。美国食品药品监督管理局将它视为同类新创药（英语：First-in-class medication）[9]。
