2025–26年亚足联冠军联赛二级联赛是第 22 届亚洲第二级的球会足球赛事，由亚洲足球协会主办，同时是第二届赛事以亚足联冠军联赛二级联赛名称进行[1][2]。分组赛阶段有 32 支球队参与[3]。赛事冠军若果未能透过他们国内联赛中获得2026–27年亚足联冠军精英联赛参赛权，他们将可获得外围赛资格。
协会席位分配
