ARH-77
外观
ARH-77 (亦称ATCC CRL-1621) 是人类浆细胞白血病细胞系[1],最初是由一位33岁白人女性IgG型浆细胞白血病患者的外周血中分离出来的。该细胞是感染人类疱疹病毒第四型的B淋巴细胞[2],并且表达CD11a、CD19及CD20等抗原,但是不会表达跨膜蛋白CD38。有研究发现诱导MGC-803胃癌细胞凋亡的迷迭香酸[3]会上调ARH-77细胞CD95的信使核糖核酸和蛋白水平,从而形成死亡诱导信号复合体,使细胞因级联反应而凋亡[4],抑制ARH-77细胞的增殖。同时又有研究指出姜黄素会通过激活外源性凋亡途径[5]令ARH-77细胞的凋亡率明显地增加,细胞出现核固缩及胞体变小的现象,并且呈现浓度依赖性。
