三巨頭（英語：Big Three/Big3，或稱之為三人組）是對一支NBA球隊中的擁有的三名頂級球星的稱謂，一支擁有三巨頭陣容的球隊，三名球星會占據該球隊絕大部分的數據、薪資和商業價值，對球隊的戰績有著決定性的影響[1]。
以三巨頭建隊的模式很早就存在[2]，但最初在組建時就被廣泛稱為三巨頭的是2007年塞爾提克隊組建的波士頓新三巨頭（Boston's new 'Big Three'）[3][4]，塞爾提克隊在2008年NBA總決賽贏得總冠軍[5]。這影響了雷霸龍·詹姆士在2010年決定加盟邁阿密熱火隊，組成熱火三巨頭[6]。熱火隊分別贏得了2012年NBA總決賽與2013年NBA總決賽，連續兩年奪得NBA總冠軍[7]。在熱火三巨頭取得成功之後，許多NBA球隊都試圖採用三巨頭模式，將成熟的NBA頂級球星招入球隊以贏得冠軍[8]。
一些擁有三巨頭陣容的球隊，在不同語境條件下不一定被認為是三巨頭陣容。如2014年組建的騎士三巨頭有時會被認為是雷霸龍·詹姆士與凱里·厄文的雙巨頭[9]，勇士三巨頭在2016年之後也成為四巨頭、五巨頭陣容的一部分[10][11]。
