三碘合鉛酸甲銨是一種具有鈣鈦礦結構的化合物，化學式為CH₃NH₃PbI₃，可簡寫為MAPbI₃。它可由碘化鉛和碘化甲銨在γ-丁內酯中反應製得，^[1]異丙醇蒸氣擴散進其氫碘酸溶液，也能得到它的單晶。^[2]它的正交、四方和立方相是已知的。^[3]
