鹽芽孢桿菌屬（學名：Halobacillus），也稱喜鹽芽孢桿菌屬，是芽孢桿菌科的一種革蘭氏陽性菌 。胞內產生芽孢，細胞呈杆狀或球狀到卵圓形。發現於鹽的生境中。該屬的模式種為嗜鹽鹽芽孢桿菌（Halobacillus halophilus）。
