血管緊張肽I轉化酶（英語：Angiotensin-converting enzyme，又稱為血管收縮素轉化酶，簡稱為ACE，EC 3.4.15.1）是一種外肽酶。

功能

主要功能有以下兩個：

催化血管收縮素I轉化為血管收縮素II；
使緩激肽失活。

血管收縮素轉化酶因這兩種功能而成為治療高血壓、心力衰竭、第2型糖尿病和糖尿病腎病等疾病的理想靶點。血管收縮素轉化酶抑制劑能減少血管收縮素II的生成，並增加緩激肽的活性。

此外，ACE也能催化血管收縮素-(1-9)轉化為血管收縮素-(1-7)。
