雄甾烯醇（英语：androstenol，雄烯醇）又叫“猪烯醇”是猪的性激素，有麝香味。
由于雄烯醇与雄烯酮的分子结构只有两个氢原子的差异，因此雄烯醇在接触空气后极不稳定，约在2分钟左右就会因氧化而转变成雄烯酮（猪的性费洛蒙）。
雄甾烯醇大量存在于未阉割的公猪唾液中[1]，也极少量的存于人类汗腺中[2]。雄甾烯醇类似于性激素但无雄激素活性，人类的肾上腺分泌此物质进入体循环，但尚无对于人体的影响进行相关研究。
松露会分泌雄甾烯醇或其衍生物，这令猪可寻找到埋藏于地下的松露[3]。
雄甾烯醇的两种异构体均带有较轻特殊气味。α-雄甾烯醇因残留烷基醋酸酯会带有檀香味。
