戈登·迈尔斯业余成就奖（Gordon Myers Amateur Achievement Award）2018 年之前称为太平洋天文学会业余成就奖（Amateur Achievement Award of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific）是太平洋天文学会管理的九个年度天文奖项之一。它旨在表彰“那些未以专业身份受雇于天文学领域的人士对天文学或业余天文学做出的重大贡献”[1]。这些贡献可以是在观测天文学领域，也可以来自天文技术领域[2]。该奖项自1979年起颁发给来自不同国家的业余天文学家，已成为地域分布最广泛的天文学奖项之一[3]。

获奖者可获得一块纪念牌匾，并在年会颁奖宴会上颁发。该奖项的金额为500美元。候选人可以由天文学界的任何成员提名（提名者本人及其家属除外），提名时还需附上其他支持信。所有提名必须在提名年度的12月15日前提交给太平洋天文学会，并且提名有效期为三年。获奖者由董事会任命的奖项委员会选出。如果委员会认为候选人的成就不足够突出，他们有权不将奖项授予任何提名者[1]，且这种情况已经出现过多次[4]。
